It depends on the e-bike and accessories you choose. Subscriptions start at $135/month for the Tern Quick Haul and go up to $175/month for the Tern GSD. Accessories range from $5–$12/month, plus tax. We operate in most areas of Los Angeles, from Glendale down through the South Bay, however, there are a few differences in the subscription depending on where you live.

Yes! With our flex-to-own option, a portion of your monthly payments can go toward the option of buying the bike outright after 12 months.

Yes! You can remove the battery using the same key as your wheel lock and charge it using the provided charger—just plug it into any standard outlet. Most batteries fully charge in 4–6 hours. If you have access to an outlet where your bike is stored, you can also charge the battery while it’s still on the bike.
