What is Subscribe-to-own?

Subscribe-to-Own is the ultimate flexible pathway to e-bike ownership. We’ve made it simple for you to switch to the e-bike lifestyle with our two programs that let you buy on your terms. Our “Fast Track”  program is perfect for trying before you buy, while our “Flex-to-own” program offers ongoing flexibility with a clear path to ownership.

How does the "Fast Track" program work?

Get 100% of your first 2 monthly subscription payments to use as Wombi credit towards the buyout price of an ex-fleet e-bike, which may be the e-bike you’re riding.

The 2-months credit applies during the first year of an active subscription, so you can keep riding beyond the 2 months and bank that credit for when you're ready to buy. This Wombi credit will remain available to use as long as you maintain an active subscription, even if you swap e-bikes.

How does the "Flex-to-Own" program work?

Get 50% of your monthly subscription payments (from month one, up to two years) to use as Wombi credit towards the buyout price of the e-bike you’re riding.

The 50% credit calculation applies to the first two years of your subscription. After two years, your subscription credit will stop accruing; however, your existing Wombi credit will remain available to use as long as you maintain an active subscription on the same e-bike.

Who's eligible to enjoy these benefits?

These programs are available exclusively to active Wombi subscribers. Subscribers can redeem their Wombi credit while their subscription is active or during their cancellation period. Benefits are not transferrable should you buy your bike and then re-sell.

How does the buyout price work if the e-bike I subscribe to isn’t new?

The purchase price is based on the current recommended retail price, your Wombi credit, and a full diagnostic and mechanical review. If your subscription e-bike had at least 500+ miles on it when you received it or has been ridden by someone else for more than 6 months, we’ll also take an additional 10% off its original retail price when calculating your buyout.

What about the warranty when I purchase an e-bike?

Coverage Period: We've got your back! Your new ride comes with a full-year warranty against product defects, starting on the date of purchase. That's a whole year of awesome, worry-free cruising!

Claims Process:If a problem pops up, reaching out is easy! Just send a message to info@wombi.us to get started. During your service appointment your e-bike will be assessed by our mechanics to determine warranty eligibility of the issues you're experiencing.

Exclusions:The warranty is robust, but it doesn't cover the Bosch battery, standard wear and tear, damage from misuse, or problems caused by modifications or poor maintenance. Ride responsibly!

What happens to my purchase credits if I decide to swap my e-bike?

Fast Track: your 2-months credit is banked until you're ready to buy, as long as you maintain an active subscription.

Flex-to-Own: if you swap your e-bike, any accrued buyout credit for that specific e-bike will lapse.

How are my credits calculated if I was on a discounted subscription?

If you enjoyed a discount on your subscription payments for a period (e.g., 50% off ), your purchase credit for that time will be calculated based on the monthly amount you paid during your subscription. For Fast Track, it is the amount you paid for the first 2 months of your subscription.

Can I combine this awesome offer with other discounts or promotions?

Your Wombi credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or discount programs.
