How do I get my company to join?

How much is my employer reimbursement?

Each employer sets their own amount. Check with your Commuter Benefits Team to confirm your monthly reimbursement.

When will I get my e-bike?

After sign-up, we’ll schedule your delivery at a time that works for you.

Is there a long-term commitment?

Nope. Just 30 days notice to cancel after your first month.

What if I leave my job?

You can either cancel or keep your subscription independently. The choice is yours.
